Hey man, i absolutely adored this video. I think that music really tied the images together.
But that picture of the jewish kids playing cop at 2:12 wasn't taken by eugene smith. It's actually by Henryk Ross, a jewish photographer that lived on the polish ghetto.

I think that your decision to combine these images with this particular song made a extremely powerful and haunting statement. Your choice of artists was inspired.
I do not know, I only picked a few photos about some aspects of the society of USA and I chose a song. What's you interpret? What ou think or feel when you see these images while you listen the blues? That is what is important. Greetings
I don't know what any of these images have to do w/ Leadbelly, what's with the little nazi kids, the junkies, and dumping the bodies overboard. You're hella weird. What were you smoking when you came up with this ????
I only smoke tobacco, I only drink coffee (although I try to leave that drug).
The blues is the cry of the oppressed black people. Workers and their child (soldiers, lumpem proletariat , prisoners... women and victims of wars... that capitalism needs to survive are the oppressed of capitalist society, that Eugene Smith shows.
It is just a personal impression; that fotomontage is not the Bible, is not the Koran, is not Torah...
Thanks for your comment. I'm glad you've liked. Greetings from Galicia. Long live the blues, jazz and rock and roll! magnificent contributions from the USA to the universal culture. Big hug.

Does anyone know if there's a documentary I can find on this great man. I choose him as an artist to analyze for a college project.
