  • Isnt LAW in our country is a system of rules regulated through ordinans and enactments

    enforced via the parlimen.Isnt All this rules & its sytem is develop & deployed via our constitution.

    ISA was developed based on our constitution article Article 149 & 159 tat permits so.

    MY point is - we need to consider altering the very Masian Constitution via law makers in parlimen not the BAR
