It's true, he was told he would basically be the starter once he was healthy at Clemson, but he also said he would have no problem redshirting and even said he was confident he could be better than TP. His parents are also big Ohio State fans. That said, had he committed yesterday he probably wouldve picked Oregon but now he'll visit Clemson, strongly consider it, but my hunch is Ohio State.. it's just a hunch.
Because he has the best chance of becoming an NFL quarterback at Ohio State. That's why TP came. Look at Troy Smith. He was a running quarterback but then developed into a passer. If he wants to develop into an NFL quarterback, Ohio State is the best bet for him.

As far as i can tell we didnt really get great matchups like the pac 10 did- lets recap, northwestern, whos wasn't even ranked in the top 50 to start the season took a preseason #8 ranked missouri into overtime, a sub-par mich. state contended with preseason#1 georgia. iowa destroyed south carolina of the all mighty sec.Texas was supposed to destroy ohio st, but osu only lost by three USC is great. they are the best team in the country year in and year out, but thats really all there is.

He wants to honor those that sought him in the beginning (aka Oregon and Ohio State). It's true, he was told he would basically be the starter once he was healthy at Clemson, but he also said he would have no problem redshirting and even said he was confident he could be better than TP. His parents are also big Ohio State fans. That said, had he committed yesterday he probably wouldve picked Oregon but now he'll visit Clemson, strongly consider it, but my hunch is Ohio State.. it's just a hunch.

Because he has the best chance of becoming an NFL quarterback at Ohio State. That's why TP came. Look at Troy Smith. He was a running quarterback but then developed into a passer. If he wants to develop into an NFL quarterback, Ohio State is the best bet for him.

As far as i can tell we didnt really get great matchups like the pac 10 did- lets recap, northwestern, whos wasn't even ranked in the top 50 to start the season took a preseason #8 ranked missouri into overtime, a sub-par mich. state contended with preseason#1 georgia. iowa destroyed south carolina of the all mighty sec.Texas was supposed to destroy ohio st, but osu only lost by three USC is great. they are the best team in the country year in and year out, but thats really all there is.

Oregon has their quarterback, Jeremiah Massoli for the next few years, osu has their quarterback, pryor for the next few years, Michigan has a WIDE open quarterback job, that's very attractive to a young guy, a chance to play right away at a big time school, but we'll see where he goes, we're goin after other quarterbacks too, so it's not a huge loss if we don't get this guy.
