He I'm building a track and am about to put in a set of doubles. I have read that the takeoff should be twice the height and the distance apart should be 2.5 times the height. Can anybody confirm this or give me any tips? Thanks

that 400ex is just a play bike, yes its has an hmf and 416 kit, Nothing on the entire bike is stock other than the fenders in that video and now those arent on there, and i built the track with our backhoe, the dirt come right from the ground the track is on,notice its lower than the rest of the field..

what are you talking about new grabbar? its a 450r style grab bar on an Atvfourplay hybrid subframe...if thats what your asking

so there is a subframe for the 400ex that makes it so you put a grab bar on it and not have the grab bar as the sub frame. I have a 400ex and that is my prolly my biggest pet peeve with 400ex's.
