Why should she get prison? It is a little complex. On the one hand, the are criminals who brutalize the public. People ask, LET THEM BE TREATED AS THEY TREAT OTHERS. The reply: it would be a crime for a cop to be treated with the same atrocity as the public. The harsh brutality is wrong, BUT, it's the system. FEED THAT FAT WHORE TO HER OWN SYSTEM. The people watching? they have a good defense. NOT ONE BADGE IN THE NATION - would ever stand up for the right thing EVER.

This is just like when the police beat up a girl at Reagan National Airport in DC. They assaulted her and gave her a serious brain injury and made her entire body black and blue.
You can be beat up by police and then have them charge you with a slew of imaginary crimes to cover up the beating, even if you are a law abiding citizen.

Not really... it is not facist to hold people responsible for their crimes... and what she did was low.
Police need to get a clear message that if they do things like this they too will end up behind bars. There is no excuse, and she needs to serve at least some jail time for this.
I am all for rehabilitation and not punishing for punishments sake-- but this is so wrong... and look at her face when she does it and then moves toward him, she treats him like an insect.

Because it sends a message to other coppers who think they're all that. You abuse people, you get sent to prison. oh and by the way, cops in prison are lower than pedophiles in prison tiers.

Guilt by association, are the other officers guilty of a lessor crime, failure to render aid. An example needs to be made against the other officers that did nothing except laugh.

Daily abuse and taping of the abuse is an everyday occurrence but unless the person on the receiving end of a fist, elbow, knee, boot, flashlight or handcuff can afford bail they have no chance of filing criminal charges against employees of city, county, state or federal employee.
Medical personnel providing care within jails and prisons are also participants of inflicting pain and punishment, handing out aspirin / medication is not their only reputation.
