OMG, who drew those backgrounds? Fuck those are awful, there's absolutely nothing professional about the animation in any regard. This is amateur animation at its absolute worst. Ive noticed they're using some cheap ass animation techniques like that horrid dinosaur adventure. They just re-use the same character cels they animated once, re-loop them over and over, then just add the dialogue. Add in some horrid voice acting, and BOOM! cartoon.
