Currently I live in America, but thinking it would be easier to support types of free-energy technology in the farm-lands of Europe. Where people would truly appreciate the help, and not form any types of jealousy or envy towards these ideas or devices.

Plus the land is abundant, and setting up a small power plant would probably make you money in the end. Here in the USA you would never get past the permits, and they would shut you down in a heart beat. Need standards, then profit.

I've heard of vortex type devices failing for the last 50 years or so. I don't know what percentage of FE tinkerers are still trying them today. There are a few real things that a vortex can be good at - like making cold from air pressure in a pipe. naturally I feel they will only be net energy losing devices and never energy making devices. There is no magic in stuff spinning around or moving through certain patterns.

The animation you saw is of the Closed Loop Implosion Turbine. It is based on Schaubergers insights. The "whorly" pipe has been split into a rotor and stator. Also unique to this design is an impellar/piston which at the top of its stroke closes a valve where the fluid enters the neck. This causes cavitation and draws the impellar back down. The CLIT works as a form of mechanical, rotary overunity due to these two forms of implosion, kinetic energy is simply amplified within a Closed Loop.
