I'm afraid that injury and family bereavements got in the way originally - but better late then never!

fantastic! first time i've ever saw this clip (and i LOVE l o t s w). god, isn't this sweet lady the double of her dad? thanks for this little gem my friend. as for laurel and hardy....i have pretty much everything they have ever done. the best double act the world has known or will know. i've alway found one thing to be true. if anyone doesn't like laurel and hardy i know for sure i won't like them. a bit crazy but nontheless true.
Last of the Summer Wine, which started in 1973, is the longest-running sitcom in the world. 10 more episodes are commissioned for 2010. But, as many have stated here already, the show isn't what it used to be. On the other hand, neither am I. :D
Last of The Summer Wine was a gentle comedy that ran for years on BBC. The main characters were three likeable pensioners who, like Stan & Ollie, never quite got it right.
@lisamaria1972 Last of the Summer Wine is as Hywelmurray mentioned a gentle comedy about pensioners, sadly many of the main cast have passed on now but it still carries on with younger actors who have reached an age fitting for the show, but it is not quite the same. As for Are you being served unfortunately that is no longer running, they did bring a spin off out called Grace and Favor a few years ago but it was cancelled. Sadly 3 cast members have passed on. So I don't think it will return.
Thank you for that info. I am now on Season 9 of Are You Being Served? I saw something about the show Grace & Favor which I think is also known was Are You Being Served? Again. Also Mr. Humphries was in a show called Are You Being Served in Australia. There is a movie also but the ratings wasnt that good
WOW- I've seen that episode a couple times & always wondered why they played the "Laurel & Hardy" theme when she came in the door, wearing the same hat Nora had on. I've seen Louis Laurel in L. & H. home movie videos before- she was just hard to spot here!
Hey Ross, It's Sarah, or Stan'N'Babe, I see this Show every Saturday on PBS or KERA 'cause I love British comedies, I don't particularly love this one but I have never seen this scene yet, but now I'll remember this every time I watch this show. Thanks for putting this up! I'll be on the look out for this scene! Nice to know Lois is doing things on television. I love how they played the Ku Ku song at the end!!!
Funny scene.

Seeing Nora wearing the same hat, considering she was just leaving, hardly seems like a good reason to dash out of the cafe!
Was the L&H theme in the original clip or was it your own addition?
