I really does not matter how long you spin with a helmet, common that's like driving a bike with the training wheels still on the sides, sure you never fall, no pain no gain.
Why not have someone tie up his feet in the air so he can stay up even longer?? is it not the same? If you need training wheels to ride a bike it's because you are still learning to ride the bike until you can ride it all by yourself.
Hell, why doesn't he grease the floor before he does a backspin. Continue next page...
well there's something called the 21st century now. we have things like videos and dvds and pcs. where you do things doesn't matter. it's what you do that matters. but bboy lazer or bboy boom, if they did their headspins for that long without a helmet, they would drill their scalps down to their skulls. that's like saying physicx shouldn't wear an elbow pad for an elbowspin, or any bboy shouldn't wear any protective gear for bboying. there's no such thing as a REAL bboy. things evolve man.
Yeah i thought so too he made Londons look lame huh? i think they call them eggbeater millz or something like that should check out ivan urban action figure do his under best mills
qdamage: That guy Ivan action figure is out of control hes quick has a lot of combinations and hes got that old school moves and style mixed with the new stuff!
Only tru bboys would understand this video,nu skool & old, most of the bboys in your style2ouf videos pay much respect to guys like the NYCB but yeah like i said only bboys would understand the importance of videos like this, you need to pull your head outta your arsehole sometime and take a look around;)
Evilshadow: Thanks to like Guys in this video people in your videos learned to break dance, people like NYCB and RSC invented lots of moves and style that have evolved into what new school are doing now, maybe you wont understand cause when breakdancing was in style you were still in your daddy's sperm!

If you wear a helmet to do a head spin you are weak.

You know I bet if you gave him air tanks to go diving he could stay under water for hours without coming up for air.
Well at the end of the day these guys still need physical aids to perform those moves.
It's bad enough with the cardboard, could you make it any easier??
Today I can't help but shake my head and ask, what ever happened to the REAL bboy????
We had no video's
We had no DVD's
We had no PC
Man we did it with NO cardboard, video's and helmets
and we did it on the pavement with pride.

So to answer your question, Yes I still think the same.
Paint by number "B Boys" should never try and match wits with a Rembrandt . there really is no contest.
With that said, enjoy Pex & Icey Ice because they did not come with a instruction booklet , REAL HIP HOP MY MAN!
