I don't agree with your comment about "if your wife isn't working but wants this, that and the other, what do you say? Get a job". So you think that a woman dedicating her life to raising her children as well as taking care of her husband and the household isn't a full time job in itself, and not worthy of your financial support? When you get married there is no "want this? get a job" you are both there to support one another and if she takes care of the above, you take care of the financial.
