Rin would be Pyro... Definitely couldn't be medic, too sadistic, what with the steam roller, Len would be Red Pyro and Rin would be blue pyro

Or Len would be pyro and Rin would be soldier.

Luka could be Medic.... And if Yowane is Demoman, Meiko can be sniper

Of course, I didn't know about smoothing at the time (hence the rather stiff looking animations), but I have since then, so it's all good.
