An American museum in New York. Was there no American commentator available to narrate this video? Why is it necessary to have a Brit with a posh plummy accent? Newsflash: not all of us Yanks are knuckle-dragging cretins. Some of us appreciate art and culture.
@brassspitoon .....1 year later there is still the silent sound of tumbleweed from Americas finest! This is why the English appreciate art and culture, whilst the Americans eat Big Macs and watch the Simpsons!! Each to their own I suppose? I still love America though, don`t get me wrong.
You're forgetting one thing when you generalize Americans, that it was founded by your forefathers. The traits you feel we possess are simply reflections of traits you possess.
How silly of you to break it down to two (very outdated) examples. It's like saying that the British still have bad teeth and eat nothing but fish-n-chips.
@Dumblikeyoutu ...how silly of you to assume that I am English! This really does show how retarded Americans are!! America, thankfully, has nothing to do with my forefathers!! You continue being a retarded American, thats what you know best!!
@coltsuperocean10 Why are we here arguing over a slightly unrelated matter when we could be discussing the amazing pieces of the old masters displayed at the Frick?
The Frick Museum is a romantic place to go to. It is my favorite Art destination. The satire of the video is when it says from his portrait, you would like to shake his hand. In his real life someone Shot and stabbed him. He was called "The Most Hated Man in America" and his death was described as " A Deportaton from God." The museum is still great treat to visit.
Fine, noble, kind looking man??? Frick built his fortune on the back of child labor and long hours, 7 days a week labor of men and boys in his coal mines, and when they struck at Homestead, he rewarded them by sending in Pinkertons and troops to break the strike. He left his art behind only because he couldn't take it with him in death. Anyway, I enjoy your videos. Thanks.

I didn't assume you were English. Where did I say that? I used British as a comparison, but never suggested you were.
You were calling me retarded eh?
You're not even a real European on that douchebag island in the middle of the who-gives-a-shit ocean.
