@newman20072008 - yes, from apparently horseplaying if I recall reading. he was a graduating high school student here in the San Francisco Bay Area (Hillsdale or Mills High School I think) and member of their school band on a graduation trip to VanCouver, B.C. Yes, RIP all right.
Beautiful scenery. Lynn... where have I heard that name? Oh, yes, Lynn Valley, is where the largest felled Douglas Fir was measured in 1902, at 415 feet, off of Argyle rd, just up the hill from Lynn centre.
