As a vet of both Iraq and Afganistan, I got to say that I find the ending a bit irritating. I do NOT agree with you, and have a few years experience to cull from, having been in a Peace Activist for 40 years, which you cannot say. Again, we had the opportunity to take care of Bin Laden and end the "war" (a "war" requires TWO armies and Iraq doesn't have one to speak of, it was an invasion and occupation!) of Iraq in about 2 months, and we wouldn't still be in this ever-increasing quagmire while so many die.

As a vet of both Iraq and Afganistan, I got to say that I find the ending a bit irritating. While I didn't agree with the war, showing clips of people wearing defaced uniforms is highly offensive and counterproductive to the movement. People need to realize that it's mainstream america that will determine when the troops come home. Not a bunch of idiots wearing Che T-shirts who may know his image but have no clue as to what the man stood for.

I'm former Army from a unit that served in Vietnam, Desert Storm and Iraq.I deeply understand the gravity and privilege that comes with the uniform AND the way Americans choose to emote their outrage @ a gov't defacing it's own military (no armor/supplies,Walter Reed Medical.) 3:30's sign irritated me, having served and having family buried in that hallowed ground,it was painful, but I respect their emotion.
