This happened to be a very good day for her and the night before which i was at the concert on New Years in New York. When she does lip stuff its completely obvious and its obvious when she doesnt (atleast to me it is). People are never satisfied. God, her voice has limits too. Especially now that shes getting older. Shes NOT gonna sound the way she did 20 yrs ago or she may on some songs depending on whats going on and if she got vocal rest or not.

The fact of the matter is MC has good days and she has bad days. At times when she goes for the note like at 2:21 its there and then what happens towards the end of the note? It cracked and she finished it at the bottom. Shes already admitted to doing this several times in interviews and it was obvious in the video. Then she goes for it again and it was there the second time she tried. Was it perfect? No but it was there. So give her a break. She has vocal nodules.

Mariah definitely still sing people who say her voice is gone are stupid she doesn't doesn't sound as good as she did in the 90s but she is older. I have watched this several times I know she does lip some of her performances but I saw her live in Phoenix AZ in 2010 and she sounded the same as this so I do think it was 100% live because it wasn't perfect like the studio version.

From 2:55 to 3:07 is obviously lipsync! However her voice was in a great shape that night! All the other notes are live and the 2:23 : 24 is AMAZING (and everybody can tell it is her real voice, unlike the other highest part which is lipsync)

@TheJujubbb It is lipsync! This is not even the same quality. Even if Mariah's voice was in a very very great shape that night, you can hear that some moments are pitchy and the highest part is pitch perfect and everything, no this is lipsync from the studio version.
