I take it you wrote that comment after reading the info but before watching the video. You should watch the classic series. Some of the Tom Baker episodes were wonderfully funny, but I loved the Peter Davison episodes because of the dynamic with his companions. You have Adric, the only companion ever to really die, and Turlough, who was hired to sabotage the TARDIS and kill the Doctor.
