  • JFK warned us too..and "they" killed him as a result

  • Finally a man how speaks the truth maybe not what we want to hear but we sure needed it

  • I'm not sure that I agree with everything he says, but he does have my respect.90% of politicians say what people want to hear.He seems willing to say what people need to hear.

  • What's the difference between Congress and NASCAR drivers?

A: NASCAR drivers wear the names of their corporate sponsors all over their clothing.

  • Who is the Military Industrial Complex? Names, LLC's, Lobbyists?

  • Whose in Military Industrial Complex? Pretty much the entire Congress is. Gravel himself probably has ties w/it, although I'd hate to admit that. This is a campaign speech; statements which usually are at odds w/what a given cadidate will do once elected. Look at Obama who promised to end our involvement in Bush's wars, now ramping them up.

A good and recent book about the MIC is Nick Turse's 'The Complex: How the Military Invades Our Everyday Lives' (Metropolitan Boooks 2008).

  • I'm pleased that he actually tackled the issues but he forgot Kennedy was on his way to ending the Cuban embargo and was trying to end the cold war. Furthermore by singing bill 263 he would have withdrawn the few troops and and left just advisors in Viet Nam. But he was snufffed out and the first thing LBJ did was reverse bill 263.

  • Gavel 4 president, I'm Canadian, and I'd vote 4 him.

  • Why don't most Americans listen to men like Mike Gravel, or even a Ron Paul? They make a lot of sense.

  • Thats a damn good question. I've been trying to find that out for years.

  • Because most Americans are STUPID...simple as that!

  • There needs to be a law to make it illegal to have contributions from billionaires, from the military-industrial-complex, and foreigners. That influence KILLS human progress. People at the very top have very small, shortsighted minds and they have strangling the world for a long time!

  • NO ONE that has ever been involved with BIG CORPORATION should have ANYTHING to do with politics. That invites very bad things for the rest of us. We should have never had to deal with Cheney.

  • Damn right! Corporations getting in bed with government is one of the main sources of our problems in this country.

  • Great man!

  • That was an excellent speech.

The content is superb. I give an A+ for the ideas conveyed.

  • What if the Military used their power for good in the world, that would make a nice change.

come on Generals, kick the ****ing door in on these Crooks in Westminster and the Whitehouse.

  • As American we would choose economic freedom and gains over civil liberties.

  • You must be fucking kidding, yet you got two thumbs up.

Slavery for many and wealth for the few is what that is.

You have the slogan of a dictatorship.

  • WHEN WILL THE US WAKE UP TO THE FACT THAT CAPITALISM DOESN'T WORK?

    We invade for CORPORATE GREED.

    We bail out CORPORATE GREED.

    We pollute for CORPORATE GREED.

We betray US workers for CORPORATE GREED.

We deprive people of healthcare for CORPORATE GREED.

Our increasingly expensive, unsustainable, dead end energy policy is written by CORPORATE GREED.

The ONLY good thing about Capitalism, is that companies can thrive or fail by themselves. But now we can't let them fail anymore!!

  • We don't have capitalism. We have corruption and socialism.

  • I think that was the most unthoughtful, irresponsive, brainless comment ever made on youtube.

  • AdamHarrison06 ;

    Whose comment?

Mike Gravel or a youtube member?

  • Youtube member obviously.

  • You guys in the States don't have socialism. Socialism is based on the theory that capitalism works best when everyone has a roughly equal opportunity to participate in the market to the best of their abilities, not just those of us who were smart enough to have parents rich enough to send us to good schools and provide us with enough health care to become competative. The States are based on the theory that everyone should look out for only themselves and get preyed upon by the rich-born few.

  • That will be the saddest day in the history of the United States, if the country turns completely gives up on capitalism.

We don't have capitalism since the Federal Reserve, the fiat dollar and massive market manipulations. The current system resembles more of a fascism, when corporations control everything and the gov't works tightly with them.

The US is starving for capitalism. Starving for economic and civil freedom.

  • As we attempted to "strangle it at birth" we created a hostile and monstrous Soviet Union.

  • When Gravel went against Reagan, I immediatley lost respect for him.

  • Reagan was the a militaristic demon.

    Bush followed.

Eisenhower the last of the moral Republicans.

Ronald Reagan was a crooked thug. I guess you don't understand the Iran/Contra affair.

Evoking Ronald Reagan's name as a symbol of American greatness is foolish and ignorant. That's is like evoking the name of G W Bush as a great leader Western Civilization. Add Dick Cheney and intimate his moral authority for icing on your cake.

  • to BigHornCanyon,

That is really irresponsible to say. Reagon's and Bush's policy were completley different. Bush was more of a big government guy while Reagon wasn't.

  • Conservative77 speaks the damn truth here.

  • if the us gov. after they got rid of dictator saddam allowed real free elections MOST iraqis would have been proamerican for the usa getting rid of their dictator INSTEAD STUBID idiots running the usa destroyed iraq killing over 1.2M iraqis n 4000+ us servicemen for what? usa would a had a very greatful iraq n the people would have voted for a proamerica gov. instread all this waste n suffering making the usa in the proccess the most hated nation on earth ALL for the neocons n bush

  • yeah but then the military industrial Complex wouldn't have made billions of dollars through the constant fightings in Iraq...

  • if you fail to impeach bush his crimes will be on the heads of every living American and the world will judge you harshly

  • Paul, Gravel, and Kucinich are too honest for this country.

  • GRAVEL, KUCINICH & RON PAUL should team up as some kind of coalition of independents!! The Untouchables! Men of Integrity! The people deserve BETTER! We are not here to be exploited & bullied! Time to make a STAND! Time to IMPEACH! Time to make an example of Bush/Cheney! Time to stop this war on Islam! Time to stop this war for resources! We DESERVE a more sustainable future!
  • Gravel is correct but not the first to express these idea. One other was Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler who was the most decorated American serviceman since...George Washington. He served 34 years, fought in five wars and was awarded the Marine Brevet Medal and TWO Congressional Medals of Honor. THEN he wrote a book about his military experience called "WAR IS A RACKET". READ IT to understand precisely what is happening in America today.

  • Sounds interesting. He sure did a LOT of research before writing his book!

  • Thank you, Mike Gravel, once again.

People forget that even President Eisenhower, a Republican war-hero president who some proclaimed as dumb or just a golf player (I do not believe that), went right to the heart of the danger of a militaristic culture.

  • Kucinch, Gravel , Paul supporters should unite supporting independent Ralph Nader. They are all united in foreign policy:

1 cut military spending taking more than 50% of the budget

2 end war in Iraq AND END OCCUPATION IN IRAQ

    3 no war with Iran

    4 against war in Afghanistan

    5 against patriot act

    6 against telecom immunity

This is our last chance this election to stop the 2 necon parties from winning. United we can throw out both parties.

    Vote Independent. Vote Ralph Nader

  • I thought Ron Paul was the only hope for America. I could handle a Gravel presidency too though. :)

    6 against telecom immunity

  • Sensationally good. This man should be your president and the world would love you. Jörgen, Sweden,

  • There are a few of us trying to make that happen.

    GRAVEL'08

  • You da man sir Mike!

God bless your heart and soul, you are a true AMERICAN!

    Long live freedom and liberty!

  • I agree, more people should listen to Ron Paul and Mike Gravel

  • We need more Americans like Mike Gravel and Ron Paul. They know who really is in comtrol of our country.

I think Gravel should get back into congress. I think he can get into the house and maybe the senate. And we need to support more Americans like Gravel and Paul that are actually running.

  • People want someone like him in office. Republicans/dems, people just think their vote is wasted because he doesn't have a shot. The media makes them believe this. what does that mean. The media chooses who they want the race to come down to. Who owns the media an handful of companies. Who owns them? BIG MONEY.. business as usual.. "follow the money"

They push O'bama so hard... why? what has he done?? Look into mikes record of standing up to the same people that consistantly screw us all...

  • @Rinht

Speaking of the concern of wasting votes, I think this is also due to the existing plurality as opposed to proportional election.

  • too bad the dems wanted a token candidate, I.e. "first black" or "first woman". Let us find more Gravels, more like Kuccinich and Biden, even more (at the risk of being spammy) like Ron Paul.

We can vote this country back to some kind of sense. But we'll have to work together.

  • What makes our vote so susceptible to fraud? The fact that our ballots are secret. Are you willing to give up some secrecy (but not all) in order to have your voted counted properly? If you are, there are plenty of low tech solutions that can be implemented in time for Nov 2008.

  • great guy..speaks the truth

  • He needs to see JFK's speech of secret socities...... See that speech here Ron paul, JFK, MLK type that in and here the most awsome speech in all of History...

  • I really like him, you can tell right off the bat, that he isnt about the goverment lies bull crap, or the media. just a person that wants to see life, better for everyone.

  • Gad, I wish everyone could see this! It's so true.

  • he's not allowed to be on TV anymore it looks like... What should we do about this people?

  • Express your own ideas on TV, in the internet, blogs, radio, as well as to consider running for office and/or become involved in politics would be my suggestion.

  • JFK also warned us about the military inductrial complex.

I met Mike Gravel in New Hampshire last week.

I like him and his ideas, but Ron Paul is the man for the job in 2008. His voting record is the best.

  • That's truth, people. That's fact.

  • You have two choices vote for a real President.Or vote for a loser who believes in politics as usual. Those who believe the media bullshit wont be voting for Mike.Only people who think for themselves will do that.

  • Well said by Gravel. I've got a lot of respect for Eisenhower, though I'm a Dem myself.

  • The 'military industrial complex' has been running the show all of my life (some 50 years). We are not the world policeman. We need to pull back and repair OUR COUNTRY, before we have no country. Please view searchword wilburjr-thanks.

  • Gravel is awesome, but us freedom fighters need to band together. We need to pick one candidate. The one with the most support right now? Ron Paul! Let's band together and put all support behind him.

I'm sure Gravel would get a spot in Paul's cabinet, as would Kucinich, Paul's best buddy in Congress. Kucinich might even be the VP!

  • I highly doubt that Ron Paul would risk losing conservative votes by choosing a democrat VP candidate. Besides, even though they agree on a lot of things, their economic views are very different. It wold be nice, though if it could happen.

  • They both have mentioned that they'd have the other as VP. Look it up.

Honestly? Ron Paul probably won't win the Republican nomination. I hate being a defeatist, but that's probably the case.

He says he doesn't want to run as a third-party candidate, but he will. He will then have enough time to gain the momentum and continue it into having a really good shot at winning.

And, if he does run as a third party candidate, it leaves the door for Kucinich to be his running mate :)

  • I dunno man, anything is possible

  • Gravel makes sense. He's my favorite candidate, and Eisenhower's my favorite president. I think Gravel will bring some of that more Moderate attitude that Eisenhower implemented.h

  • Don't forget Mike's alternate debate tonight (since CNN decided to exclude him, just like NBC). ustream(dot)tv/Gravel2008. TONIGHT @ 4:30 PM PST.

  • colbert gravel kucinich paul nader [conyers?] united for truth elicit fear smear blacklist.

    honesty compassion intelligence guts...

  • CNN has excluded Mike Gravel from the November 17 debate in Las Vegas.

    Call CNN: (212) 275 7800

  • "You have it Matrixoverkill," I think RON PAUL is having a combustion reaction around the world, now and he will be the "catch on" candidate before its all over! This country isn't interested at all in politics right now; but when they do; Ron Paul has alot on the table for the USA and for the world!

  • I just changed my vote from Obama to Mike Gravel...epi that's set...Gailler Paille...

  • Make sure to donate to Mike Gravel's campaign on Tuesday October 30th to protest his exclusion from the Democratic debate and fire up his campaign! Pass the word along to anyone who believes that truly real and honest voices are vital to an open democracy!

If you're grateful that those dear to you have live without fear of being drafted into unjust wars, thank Mike Gravel. His courage helped end the draft during Vietnam, and he will end the war in Iraq.

  • Mike. I am a student at St. Petersburg college. I can not even describe how dissapointed I am that i missed your appearance there. It probably meant more to me then any other students on campus and i wasn't even aware of your presence. What can you do to make your voice louder?

  • don't listen to him mike. I have faith you will win the presidency :)

  • This isn't about his ambition to be president. He's trying to get important points across. He's right that our democracy is in danger as a result of our military expansionism. Eisenhower warned us about this.

  • Perfect comment and true. The military complex of the U.S has become a behemoth that needs to be trimmed down to size amd reminded they serve the people not GWB.

  • Gravel, I trust you the most. and Kucinich. Ron Paul doesn't believe in government. We need it to the better living of all of us. Cooperative international police and not these stupid wars.

  • Oh lawdy lawdy,

Joe Biden is really sounding so damn good and always had. What is it with these stuck-on-stupid candidates?

  • you're the loon. Wells warned that society would call people telling the truth to be crazy. You live in madness.

  • It's nice to hear someone with some

intellectual capacity make a speech in public for a change. For a nice possible campaign song, please view searchword wilburjr-thanks.

  • Freemeang: I never heard about Kennedy saying that. You know LBJ would have followed through is JFK wanted troops out soon. If not, the anti-war protestors would always bring up that quote. JFK got us into Vietnam. Eisenhower prevented the first Vietnam by getting us out of Korea. And Xenu, good point. Ike is my favorite president; Gravel is my favorite candidate.

  • I haven't heard such an educated and balanced speech about a wide range of issues from an American politician since the time of the Kennedys.

  • Go listen to you tubes on Ron Paul! He is the liberator to this neo conservative. The real question here is why has the Demos allowed the legislation to go on and on, there is an over riding.

  • History repeats itself, Mike is the only hope for America's future

  • This is one of Gravel's best videos, and certainly amongst the best speeches of any presidential candidate for 2008.

  • This guy is good...

  • Im a republican.. but i like this guy.

  • I must admit, he sounds like he knows what he is talking about. I hope he has a chance in the election...anything would be better than the dumbass you have running your country at the moment. Unfortunately, politicians have made it hard for people to believe in them anymore....

  • As an addendum to my above comment, Gravel "sounds" reasonable, but, what are we to do in the face of World War II and the proliferation of nuclear weapons in Russia? What do we do when we are attacked first? We have no choice but to build up our military, not rely on it first - that takes diplomacy. I'm with Joe Biden - he supports our military when needed in a just war, when there is danger of losing lives. Diplomacy is his first choice.

  • The proliferation of nukes in Russia?? They've had nukes since the forties!! And if you're attacked first, then you have a ligitimate right to defend yourselves.

As for a just war, only wars in selfdefense are just. Socalled 'preemptive strikes' are always - ALWAYS! - illegal and immoral, because they legalize aggressive warfare, which inflicts enormous suffering upon the peopel of the countries involved. Insanity reigns in America these years.

  • Yep.Unfortunately a democracy cannot attack anyone first.Once attacked however then any democracy has the right to defend itself. What we are dealing with now is a direct result of irresponsibility at the highest levels of power in Washington.

  • Why don't people like this get elected in America. Well if elections get stolen...

  • The intention of this administration IS to create an emphasis on militarism in order to create a police state in this country. This agenda started long ago. They initiated it with the Kennedy Assassination and brought it into fruition with 911.

  • freemeamg: "This administration" did kill JFK. In '63 W was 17 & a crack shot. He was the "grassy knoll" guy but Wall St. paid hush money. Cheney,22, was amassing power. He financed the Beatles to distract the US for Halliburton. Bushes got Nixon to get Elvis killed. "This administration" allows YouTube so it can track enemies for round-up when the police state's declared on 1/19/09, the day before Bush's term ends. Secret memos say he'll declare martial law. You're a loon; Gravel's a has-been.

  • First of all, I didn't say this adm. killed JFK. The agenda this administration has for a new form of govt. for this country (that was planned a long time ago) made Kennedy's assassination necessary. By the way, George H.W. Bush was in the CIA at that time. I know for sure this agenda was formed at least over 38 yrs. ago because of a personal experience I can't explain right now.

  • America is a dynamic country, its people make up a vast net work of unique creative genious. We will over come. What is your thoughts on this Ron Paul guy, I like Gravel, but does he have enough support to win? No. So lets encourage unity to one who can win. Ron paul.

  • Unity amongst all peoples in America and around the world.

  • HOW DOES HE HAVE IT SO RIGHT?

  • His statement about no President standing up to the Military Industrial Complex iis inacurate at best.

On President Kennedys desk on Nov.22 1963 was the presidential order to draw down our forces in South Vietnam. He never got to sign that order and Johnsons first act as president was to tear up that order.

That my friends is historical fact.

  • Kennedy was the last great president it's true, but he didn't really have time to stand up to the military industrial complex because 'they' retired him.

  • No. What was on JFK's desk when he died was orders to ESCALATE Vietnam. People originally argued that LBJ had escalated the war after JFK's assassination but since more files were declassified around '92 we know it was JFK which superceded his earlier so-called "pull out" memo to pull out troops, since at that point JFK thought he were winning in Vietnam.

  • No. You can pull up a recording of JFK saying he wanted to slowly start withdrawing troops in December. He stated that it was the South Vietnamese's war to win.

  • JFK speech going to give day he was assassinated: Full support for the war. NSAM 263 (withdrawal "without impairment of the war effort") was written with the full support of McNamara, Gen. Harkins & the Joint Chiefs (including the war hawks). The assumption was that the insurgency would be under control by end of '65. NSAM 273 was written by Bundy under Kennedy, NOT Johnson. It was not a reversal of withdrawal by LBJ but a revision of plan by JFK...

  • .. since the situation on the ground had changed and victory was not assured. You also paraphrase a statement JFK made in Cronkite interview. The interview is pro-war. To adduce from that line, taken out of context, that JFK wished withdrawal without victory is equivalent to arguing that Bush, Jr. is a dove because he publically states 'the future of Iraq is in the hands of the Iraqi people; they must step to the plate' and other such nonsense which no one should believe.

  • See my responses to freemeamg below. See book "Rethinking Camelot" by Chomsky for details. What was on his desk was memorandum to that nullified "withdrawal" memo because that was written under expectations that US was winning the war in Vietnam. All the hawks supported "withdrawal" document at that point.

  • Ron Paul is the only presidential candidate that follows nothing but the United States Constitution. He votes for, and ONLY for, things that are directly supported by the States Constitution. His voting record will show it! He is for small government, and wants to keep the government out of our daily lives. A vote for Ron Paul is a vote for the beliefs of our founding fathers,

    RON PAUL 2008!!!

Good job at Alabama Ron Paul supporters, 81% of the total straw pole votes were in Ron Paul's favor!

  • So he claims

Paul is cool, but isnt tough enough to handle the government as it is today.

Vote for Mike Gravel, someone who can actually make a difference, and who allready has made a difference. If it wasnt for Mike, we would still have a draft, and would allready have invaded Iran.

  • Gravel is the only candidate that says anything worth listening to. The rest are crap frankly except for Paul and Kucinich. Gravel/Paul/Kucinich 2008!

  • "destabalization in Chile, Chile is has had an economical boom, like no other country, in South America. It has the most expensive realestate in south america, thanks to the U.S. helping to derail Communism there. Otherwise it would be another Cuba today. On the other hand Vietnam could of been another South Korea if they would of let us do our job. South Korea is doing so well because again the U.S. helped offset Communism.

  • "the cold war caused destabilization, in Chile", That's why Chile has the most expensive realestate in all of South America today. Because we helped derail communism in Chile. Otherwise it would of still been another Cuba, or Vietnam! This Guy is a friggin communist and you people are lapping it up like lap dogs. If they would of alowed us to do our job in Vietnam, they would of been as well off as South Korea. Again another place we helped to offset Communism! God Bless America

  • Check out the Ron Paul movement if you are anti war (not meaning anti american like some people believe) if Mr. Gavel gets pushed out by the hype of Clinton and Obama go with the GoP underdog and put someone in the GoP that you can afford to lose the presidency.

  • Ron Paul isnt all anti-war, he said we should have declared war in Iraq instead of doing what we are doing. Paul has no balls. If he was president, he would get eaten alive. Vote Mike Gravel, someone who can actually make a difference.

  • He has enough balls to tell the truth. How would he get eaten alive? Because he believes in policy instead of battle?

  • VOTE RON PAUL 2008!!

  • Shmuelthinker thats because people in the united states between 1800 and 1950 had a iq over 60 points avarge then what is now the avarge in other words your grand father was 100 times smarter then you .

50 years of brain washing and eating fat has taken its tole on the american people's brain.

thats why over 60% of the world thinks the us people are the dumbest people in exsistance.

*my speech is liberty to the nation* words of the supposed your smartest .. i mean your leader.

  • Wasn't the first Iq test (as we know them today) invented around 1905?

  • you're a genius mike we love ya

  • Gravel / Kucinich '08

  • vote for mike.

  • OMG! I just can't believe how many CRAZY Americans there are... and I'm NOT talking about Gravel... I'm talking about people like nef2442 and many (not all) Republicans/Conservatives... I'm glad I'm Canadian.

  • this guy is phonier than a 2 dollar bill! It's amazing to watch an american hate america, further more seeing americans commenting on Gravel's anti-american rhetoric and saying that it brings tears to their eyes! Wow! Unprecedented rationality!

  • yeah, it's a lot better to just shut up and wave a flag....

  • nef2442, Gravel is not anti American, he's anti hatred. As far as I can tell, he's all about standing up for truth. If standing up for whats true and right is your idea of being anti American, then I feel sorry for you.

  • Lastly, I would like to ask you why Gravel makes you so angry? Usually when I get angry it is because I feel deeply offended or afraid about something that someone pointed out about me that I held as a projection of who I am. Please look at yourself and ask why it is that these ideas frighten or offend your idea of you who are, and try to move beyond your interpretation of you. I love you man and hope these words give you something to consider for the future.

  • You may see Gravel as hating america, but what is america? We need to move beyond these learned ideas of what we are supossed to represent. While Gravel is still just another man looking for power, I believe he is a man who cares for people. As to Gravel's rhetoric, all any of us have is rhetoric. We are just as programed as the Cpu we used to make these comments.

  • Lastly, I would like to ask you why Gravel makes you so angry? Please look at yourself and ask why it is that these ideas frighten or offend your idea of you who are, and try to move beyond your interpretation of you. • I want to be like Mike!

  • Check out the article by Crispin Sartwell , " Mike Gravel's ripple effect ".

  • When he speaks, I feel like I live in the United States of 1776!

  • thats good because its safer to live in 1776 than it is to live in this idiotocracy capitalistic disaster of today

  • Go Ron Paul :)

  • We Love you Mike! God Bless you!

  • Thank you, Mike Gravel. This guy is so honest and for real, he practically brings a tear to my eye.

  • Agreed... Gravel's shown himself to be a true patriot, first in his reading of the Pentagon Papers on the floor of the Senate, which helped to end the war in Vietnam, and now by speaking those unfavored truths that those in office dare not mention. His abrasive honesty may be offputting, but it reflects an outrage I wish the other candidates would be more willing to show. Sadly, the Dean scream has made emotion 'risky'.

  • Gravel vs. Ron Paul; Yes both men understand how Iraq was a waste of blood and tax dollars!!! The War Mongers want you to live in fear. Want you to believe this is WWI or WWII or still live in threat of Russia Nukes pointed at our cities. War manufactures miss those days and need you to spent Trillions on war for profits.

  • The Neo-cons create an illusory enemy. Often one that is elusive. An imaginary enemy of Islamic Jihadists who are gonna occupy America with their troops, tanks, jets, submarines, and worse are their nukes. Wake up fellow citizens, Bush found a pretext in Radical moslems to invade a sovereign nation and sent our kids to die in the desert of Iraq whose citizenry ask us to leave. Bring an end to gov't exploitation, vote Gravel 2008! a sane and honest candidate who put an end to the VIETNAM drafts.

  • hear hear!

  • If you are watching this and you agree with him, then GIVE HIM MONEY for god sake!!! Thats the only way he stands a chance!

  • Go to face book and vote for gravel on their pole. If you don't have an account just sign up so you can vote. For every vote facebook donates to his campaign. Thanks!

    voteonthebook (dot) com

  • Gravel vs. Ron Paul; my dream election.

  • Ron Paul does not have written plans to stop the corruption that has swept our nation. They are not the same because they are called mavericks. Gravel is the real mainstream ideals candidate, just not a big money, so-called mainstream candidate. Everyone that listens without prejudice can see Gravel is right on.

  • Man Gravel and RON PAUL need to unite

  • This guy is a splitting image of the presidents of old like Truman, Eisenhower, Rosevelt, and i think hes exactly what we need right now to clean up the mess in the world, hes older wiser and straight up honest, and best of all he wants to give power back to the people where it belongs!, no wonder why their giving him zero airtime, their afraid why might actually like him

  • Thanks To You For ANOTHER Informative video Of Mike Gravel, that makes sense and it to the point. I wish You well, I see Gravel and Paul are Truly Concerned for Our great Country.

Mike Gravel and Ron Paul would Make a GREAT Running Team!!! A Truly Bi-Partisan Team ;-)

    911=Bush>>INSIDE JOB!

  • The Democrats have a genuinely great candidate in Mike Gravel, but aren't paying much attention to him. Its really sad, because it shows what a popularity contest this election has become.

  • hillerm, there's nothing popular about it. The only candidates that are given airtime and viability are ones that will kowtow to Int'l bankers,Big Biz, AIPAC, the M/I complex..all are owners of the media, govt., Amerika. We have no free elections, they're a sham. We live in a plutocracy not a democracy...always have...

  • it is refreshing to see what i never thought was possible an HONEST polititian. man if only the American people could think outside the box, there is no question Gravel is the only hope for peace in the world and the future of the human race which is now in jeopardy
