@7600692 same here....i just got a 88 grand marquis and the tranny is acting up but if it goes i cant get rid of my mercury..its my first legit car and its fucking awesome as hell

i miss my 89 Grand Marquis the transmission was slipping it was the 3rd gear throttle body had it for 8 years. i fucking miss that car. now i drive a 97 Lumina is ok but its a 3.1 V6 but she she cant beat my Mercury.

i had a 88 marquis i loved that car she smoked everything on the street and she was smooth with it though you never heard the engine untill you punched the gas and her whole body rocked and said lets go sad thing is when i sold mine i only got 200 that hurt my damn feelings lol but i still have her original keys i gave them copies.

I got $175 for it, I gave it to a junk yard because it had a blown head gasket and I really do miss her, but ill move on....
