  • @WitchesSky Thanks to you, for inserting your fine video into youtube!!...Naturally this magical place will be preserved forever, cause Glaston Bury is an important "Celtic Heritage", from King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, to the last presence of the Templars in an important place (perhaps their Treasure could be hidden and buried under Glastonbury!!)

  • Nice video. Actually, look no more for Avalon: the four hill cluster which is Glastonbury is the mystical Isle of Avalon.

  • Thank you for watching, this really is a special place.... x

  • When I went to Glastonbury I wanted to climb up the Tor, but my family were not interested so I did not get to see it. Thanks to your video I finally got to see what I missed that day.

    Thanks Lisa!

  • It was really nice! We did it in bits, we sat and rested a few times... the view was out of this world! Obviously misty when we went, we avoided the summer x

  • very beautifully done. Not being able to get to these places myself, I have to rely on others to be my eyes for sightseeing trips. By the way, as far as you know, was there ever a structure at the very top of the hill? Above the tower you show in the film, that is...

  • @witchums

    Thank you so much....

The only structure I know of was the Tor itself? The Tor is at the very top, but as you come down it seems to be on one side, that was strange in itself...

  • I have never been close to Glastonbury Tor , but have seen it from a distance when " passing by " in the distant past .

It certainly looks very impressive and mystical..

Lovely film as usual , and lovely music

  • @hjdnad

Did you know that Glastonbury started with a kidnapping and the villain Melwas,

and that Avalon comes from the word afal, meaning apple. who is Roman Goddess of fruit ? >;8 )
