The facts are...Fred is the best thing that ever happened to Park County. He is not only our Sheriff but our friend. He cares for his community more than anyone I know. When the tragedy at Platte Canyon High School happened, he was in control and made excellent decisions. Yes, we lost a child, but how many more were saved that day thanks to him and other law enforcement? He personally brought my child from that building without a scratch...Fuck you if you can't obey the law!

The facts: 1. The video was recorded with a iphone, in plain view ,waving around in my hand, most of the day was recorded. 2. My legal, Dr. prescribed, labeled with my info, xanax PILLS were also taken, held for 12 days. 3. I HAD IN HAND, THE JUDGE SIGNED DISMISSAL dated the A.M of 7/09/10 given to me by the court Friday 7/9/10. This video was Monday 07/12/10
