Have you tried working with big RAW files in Photoshop and RAW video files like AVCHD? I'm curious about all the editing and rendering. How hot does the computer get? How slow are rendering times?

Hard Drive speed plays a bigger role in Application Launching, Loading, and Saving, than a Processor would.

I could have an SSD, and a 1.8Ghz single core cpu, and it would launch faster.

Just saying.
