I own the Evo. I wanted a run from a roll because the stock clutch couldnt even handle the old power. Couldnt get Goerge to agree, so first launch it bogged real bad. it was my FIRST time launching with that setup. Second run I actually had him for a split second until the power just went through the clutch. 2 weeks later with a new clutch it went 11.8 on pump gas and 11.4 @ 122 on race gas. For the punks who said I cant drive we can line up any day.

idk about this.... but subarus make more torque than hp .. most of the time.. if there were curves here.. im sure the boxer engine will eat the 4g63.. even tho.. the evo has the advantage of better traction and awd.and probably a lil better topend.. but this is nothing a good suspension cant fix.. and this sti is on the stock vf39.. and from what i see.. that meth is giving that shit crazy topend for just a stage 2
Truly this tuning company or EVO owner sucks. It is known all through out the auto world that EVO's stock clutch is a POS. If you plan on adding power that's the first thing you need change out. The EVO's have more power potential, but the drivetrain is WEAk. The 4G63T is tons better than the EJ25 but Subaru has a much stronger powertrain. I guess Mitsu didn't get the memo taht they are making a high powered AWD car, and to make the drivetrain stronger.

Well the evo driver took his can in Nov to the track, and if I'm not mistaken, he did a 11 sec run. Clutch was gone and I believe he upgraded to a much better clutch.
idk about this.. stock vf39 stis with a good tune run low 11s.. depends on the tune tho.. and plus.. that evo was pulling hard as hell.. but the driver fucked up twice.. i sill think the sti would've won tho.. that sti has 400whp with the stock turbo search all the dynoflash videos in here. u'll find that sti.. it also has methanol injection.
i doubt 400whp on a vf39. They make 400tq but never heard of any making 400whp. And they only make 400tq because of the Meth. And if you think a stock turbo sti could even get near a aftermarket turbo evo your smokin bro..

Look at the headlights of the sti, its a 06-07 sti, and al's sti is a 05 sti. So it cant be al's sti. Its george's 07 sti.
