i don't know the language but i know whats going on.... secretary in red in the start of vid is temp secretary helping her boss hire a new secretary... all the people are old and ugly when new hot girl comes in.... the boss thinks shes hot and hires her... then the temp secretary gets jealous and pissed off... the new secretary and temp secretary apparently know each other from work.... this is probably from some Tamil Movie..

The video is the beautiful language of India Telugu the largest spoken language in India after Hindi,the language is also known an Italian of East,by the way most of people wanted to translate the video,actually the video is about appointing a new personal secretary in the place of an existing girl.and I would request one and all to give due repsects to the languages.
