The Philippines has been combating poverty eversince. The country cannot do it alone. Combating poverty starts with every single person. It is wrong to blame your gov't why you are poor. It is wrong to blame the president, vice president, king or queen why you are poor. To get out of poverty start with you. No one is gonna come-up to you with a glob of cash and hand it to you or give you a job. We all know that. You have to go out and aggressively make some and find one yourself.
