In my opinion the reason why they didn't choose Dilana was because of her song writing. She was the best performer by far, but when they wrote their own songs, her lyrics were corny. Dilana wiped the floor with Lukas...the only reason she didn't get picked is because Clarke and co. didn't fancy checking their egos at the door and picking someone to actually FRONT the band. Instead, they chickened out and picked a guy who wasn't charismatic enough to stand out from the rest of the band. Well, newsflash, boys...if your lead singer doesn't stand out, your band will fail. And that's why "Rockstar Supernova" failed.

Another observation, and I have heard this in other revenues as well. Supernova has some talent there - no doubt about it. But you couldn't help but be impressed by the house band in this series. At times, I believe they outdid SN itself. This acoustic work by Jimmy is a classic example.
