Get it on any ULTIMATE plan with Telstra coz u only have to pay $15 a month for the handset, but what they don't tell u is that for the first two months u pay $40. I'm on the $55 ULTIMATE and it does me really well, all up i only pay $70 a month. Sweet as mate...

Yeah you can only change the wallpaper on the home screen, not the tabs. I know, i've asked Telstra which dont know and i called HTC and they said you cant get rid of the blue shit. I like the black theme thingi better.

I love this phone and the Next G network. But it is expensive. but i guess you get what you pay for.

Its not that expensive. I got it on the new $55 ULTIMATE plan for 24mths, pay $15 a mth for the handset and thats it. But fo the first 2 mths you pay $40 for the handset and after those two payments you pay $15 a mth. The Next G Network just gives the phone so much power and speed, its unreal. I have never lost coverage or speed yet, and i travel alot. GO AND GET IT!!! (in a telstra shop only though, coz u cant get this deal online) :)

Yeah, do what u think is best, soon the HD2 will b on other networks after the 31st March Telstra will still doninate sales for their coverage & speed. I mean Vodafone or optus will never give the same coverage & speed that Telstra does, let alone Three, shithole of a telco Three is. Honestly depending on how much the cancel fee is, I would get out of it now and port to Telstra. You will only have to pay the remainder of ur contract, if they say u have 2 pay more, tell em to get fucked.

I will ring Floptus (i hate optus if you can tell) and see what the fee is. and i will not taake there petty "We don't want you to leave" offer either. I love Telstra's speed and coverage. where i am most of the time i get GPRS for Optus and full 3G on telstra. Speeks for itself. Can you tell me what the Ultimate $55 plan has in it because i pay that for all my stuff with Optus

Yeah um... It has Included (monthly): 150 mins, 75 txts, 150MB of data. BONUS: $25 off handset repayments, another $35 of credit ontop of everything else if you use up all of ur mins and txts etc. Charge if you go over 150MB a month is 50c per MB.

It might sound a bit funny but its really good for me and the best bit is that if the plan doesnt have enough or has too much you can change it to another without being charged. Its really hot!!! Go to the telstra website and look for it.

that seems good i send about that many text a month if i used the $35 and i use 100mb now on my iphone. I will go into my T-Life store tomorrow

I don't know when it ends but teh screen is fantastic. Yeah even though it's only got 65k colours it still has a stunning pic quality, extremely sensitive aswell.

I almost got this phone but the Telstra lady was trying to sell it on a plan with $100/month or $1109 outright but I'm just going to buy it off the website. I only just bought a Nokia 6120 Classic and ended up with the charger not working after a week and to send it back you need a Credit Card (I only have a Debit)

Yeah teh Telstra ppl r usually nice but some r cunts. It's better to get it off the Telstra website coz the Telstra shops have to pay for the phones that they want to sell so they put the outright price up in the stores and not on the site.

You guys are such morons, the guy was just doing a SIMPLE try of the phone etc. I really like the phone and plan to get one, but im waiting till march when the telstra exclusive time end and HOPEFULLY others will have it for sales also and the price will probably drope some more then, if they get cheaper and with the 16gb sd card like the telstra one ill get it if they dont come with the card and dont really drop the price ill go for the telstras one...

They reckon that the Telstra exclusive thing will go untill april - may etc... But i doubt it will drop in price. They are fucking cheap now, go on the telstra website and u can buy one outright for $829.00. U get all of what i got here. Or go into a telstra shop and ask to get it on the New $55 or $85 ULTIMATE plan for 24 mnths and u pay 15 bucks a month for it, that 15 insted of 40 bucks a month. U have to sit down with them and work it out though, haggle. Try it & get back 2 me
