  • @staygulf83 it's my understanding that If you look at the original Hebrew text the H is silent.

  • @BigJ8k I'm sorry but your understanding is wrong. The word starts with the hebrew letter "Hay" which is the fifth letter of the hebrew alphabet. The letter is pronounced with the aspiration as in "help". It is definitely not silent.
