well what I do (which you should too) is drink a lot of stuff for vitamins and nutrients and all that bountiful shit, plus when you drink a lot you can get to pee out some of the virus. it works to an extent lol (it helps)

and also i do my vlogs in one run through, plus my battery was running out.

oh. try using a video editting program or use a blue light that can edited or a light to edit the camera. i know when your batteries run out it has to be short. still try to edit it.
