I've always liked Taylor. And its particularly pleasing to find someone who, as he gets older, still just carries on belting out the same superb songs. He doesn't stick his head up his backside and start lecturing on the evils of drugs or whatever.
It must be a real gift to have that kind of talent. He must have had some pain growing up to work out through his music. He sings like a hundred people with many life experiences.
This is one of the greatest artists of all times. His music seems to touch all aspects of our lives. It doesn't matter how many years pass, his music seems to get better with age.
Great hearing this song---NOW, as it was 4 decades ago...
I always admired the fact, too, that he NEVER EVER let a political agenda wind its way through his songs or concerts.
---Unlike most of the "loads' today that call themselves singers---but have to let you know how far left they are politically--NOBODY GIVES A S _ _ T !
The instrument is a harmonium. Although developed in Europe, it became popular in India and is used in Indian classical and devotional music. It is a reed instrument (brass reeds) It is usually pumped with the left hand, but here they have rigged up a foot "pump"
Heheh, funny. If you try to pause at 0:17 you could imagine from that distance there was Tom Hanks on the piano! =D

Little Comfort
Some where in the clouds
are my dreams standing there
on the deep green mountain top of my cares
So I want to know how to fix the error of my ways
how do I love a little better in the end
how can I gather together a little more comfort for my friends

God I love this man. I'm so glad my mom brought me up on his greatest hits CD back when I was ten. Nine years later, his music still melts me. <3

Absolutely timeless. No current "pop-star" could hold a candle to this man.
