  • I just swung some kettlebells. Almost 2 months postop from my BCIR surgery ;-)

Not as many as I normally do just yet but a start.

  • @prox2

And how is everything going with you, my love! How is your pain level? And when are you going to do another BCIR video! Come on, my love!

  • Thanks for all of the great videos and information. I'm glad the BCIR has worked out so well for you! It's great to hear you can sleep so long without having to get up! So far I have only heard positives about the BCIR! Seeing how you have overcome Ulcerative Colitis and all of the surgeries is very inspiring!

  • can you sleep through the night withthis surgery vs. the jpouch? and is the catheter something u carry with you? thanks for the inspiring videos!

  • @gators4orever

Yes, and this is the best part of the BCIR surgery after your full recovery from surgery which will take about 3-4 months, you can sleep like a baby throughout the night. For instance today I just got up now which is 12:30 pm, I went to bed at 11:00 last night, so that's like 13 hours of sleep, with no sensation of pressure to go drain. I used to live with the j-pouch and I was going to the bathroom every 15-20 minutes even during the night.

  • @gators4orever

The j-pouch is a pain in the ass for a lot of people because they have to get up throughout the night to go to the bathroom and their constantly irritated by that. Not to mention you have to expect the following with the j-pouch: 1. You have to take stool thickeners 2. You have to put ass balm on your ass to prevent ass chaffing 3. Your always leaking something out of your crack and it burns like a motha.

  • @gators4orever

    4. You have to clench you ass muscles constantly to prevent j-pouch ass burning leakage. 5. Your tensed up all the time with the j-pouch because your always squeezing your ass muscles. 6. You have to worry about what you eat. And the list goes on and on and on.

  • @gators4orever

So, now let's get to the BCIR shall we. Yes you have to carry a catheder with you, which is a negative, but you won't have to worry about what to eat-besides mushrooms and corn, you drain at your own convienence, you are relaxed because they completely turn off the plumbing in the ass region, they seal that sucker up, you can still have sex, they don't turn that part off.

  • @gators4orever

Let's see what else, ah yes, with the BCIR your pretty much back to normal besides draining an average of 3-6 times a day, so for me, when I usually urinate, I'll drain it at the same time, get the best of both worlds out of ya, you do leak some mucus from the BCIR draining site, so I usually just put a band aid on that puppy, or some tiny piece of guaze. Other than that, the best part that I like about it, is I can sleep throughout the night as well.

  • @gators4orever

And not to mention, your body will be back to a relaxed and not tensed up state, which means, for me, I can build muscle like nobody's business, because the food I put in my body, is being easily digested, and it's contantly being digested over and over again until the BCIR tells me with pressure that it's time to drain.

  • @gators4orever

Don't get me wrong, do I miss my colon, oh yes, when it was healthy because yeah I miss those days where I can just launch a torpedo in the toilet while reading a magazine or talking to yourself about some fantasy you think while on the can! And sometimes you pass a turd just once a day or once every 2-3 days, who knows, yeah I miss those moments. But ya know, this is the card that I'm dealt with and that a lot of people that are also dealing with.

  • @gators4orever

So, it is what it is! With the BCIR I'm back to normal even though I have to carry around a catheder, oh well, that's just how it goes, for me personally, I had no choice, it was either living with severe ulcerative colitis and then turning into colon cancer so either way I still would have to get my colon removed at some point in my life and I saw what colon cancer can do to a person and their families.

  • @gators4orever

Right now, the only thing that I regret, is trying the j-pouch first because that surgery almost put me in the grave. And it truly pisses me off as well as others that their not told about the BCIR procedure, so thus, that is why I'm doing this documentary and at the same time to show people how cruel some people can get! It's the best of both worlds.

  • @gators4orever

It feels good to spread the word about the BCIR and to help others who are going through hell. I use my hobby, lifting weights to show how much progression a person can achieve with the BCIR and it also motivates people as well. Don't get me wrong, there are people out there trying to steal your thunder, but I'm glad that I have a great sense of humor because those people are now foos in my documentary and they are known throughout the world. LOL!

  • @gators4orever

I mean, it is a documentary, and to me it's funny because this is what truly happens to me on a month to month basis! You should read some of the negative comments people leave and of course those gym vulchas mocking me when they have no clue on what their getting themselves into! And all I'm trying to do is get the word out of the BCIR but now people want more rap/jive songs, people want more interviews, people want more of that hilarious stuff.

  • @gators4orever

And there going to get it because it's what puts a smile on their face. So, with all this being said hopefully I'll finish the interview session script on Crunk and his two sidekicks, Unibrow and Beany Sweeney! LOL! Take care and if you have any more questions feel free to ask am more than happy to help you out.

  • i love arms but you looks even much more obssesed with them than me... you need to workout all the entire other parts

  • @unsleep

Thanks for the feedback, I'll keep that in the back of my mind. Thank you and I appreciate you. Take care.

  • Hey man, I have UC. Inspirational vid. I Subbed. I'm trying to get the new fecal therapy done and go to Marines.

  • @RussianBear5OOO

My newest video will show how much progress I have achieved after BCIR surgery, it's been 1 year 11 months post op now. Thanks for the reply and hope you achieve your Marine Corps goals. What is the new fecal therapy?

  • @bcir They kill off all the gut flora, good & bad. and inject new flora from a healthy person's gut. the research shows promising results. a severe case of UC was cured in 6 patiennts by Dr. Borody. They do the procedure in Australia. and starting doing it in Oregon, US.

  • @RussianBear5OOO

Man, that finally sounds like one of those why haven't we thought of that type of situation! Let me know how it works for you, it's kind of ironic, they come up with something like this, but it's already too late for people including myself that have their colon removed! So, we'll just sit back and watch all of the people that have been denied a life from severe UC and watch them finally beat the beast without major surgery! Awesome! I hope it works for ya!

  • @bcir

It's exciting to know this and sounds like a logical solution to people battling this disease. Keep me up to date on how this type of therapy works for you! Take care, take great care, Mike.

  • @bcir Hey thanks alot. They ran tests in the 80's with good results. I guess the FDA doesn't want this because people will stop buying their meds that put bandaids on cancer.

  • @RussianBear5OOO

Don't mention it, that's what it comes down to, you know! MONEY! MONEY! MONEY! Yeah let's not give people the best possible option, but instead give them risky surgeries and meds to go along with it cause oh yeah, let's suck in some of that green! So, keep me posted on this and how you respond to the treatment because this sounds like a real winner. The best thing about this is well, a no brainer, you get to keep you COLON! HALLELUAH, LORD HAVE MERCY!

  • @bcir Ill keep you posted, good luck to you man! stay strong!

  • @RussianBear5OOO

Of course thanks for that, I will never back down from anyone or anything, thanks for the motivation! I truly hope that this therapy will work out for you! Can't wait to see how you respond to the therapy! Take care, take great care, Mike.

  • If you could ask yor doctor if he knows some doctor in Venezuela that do the BCIR

  • @tostuto

Okay, I've Facebooked the nursing director and will let you know where all the BCIR surgery sites are at and will see if there are any in or close to Venezuela. I know your going through a lot and it's rough, especially when your not being able to sleep at night. Hang in there, I'll do whatever I can to help you out. As far as the BCIR goes, you can sleep through the night and then some! Take care, hang in there, Mike.

  • so you hve j pouch first no? I how is the surgery from j pouch to BCIR. I had j pouch for 7 years but i can't sleep at night. is a nightmare i lve in venezuela

  • @tostuto

No, I USED TO LIVE WITH THE J-POUCH for about 3 months before it almost killed me. Kind of ironic, don't you think, a surgery that's supposed to save you from having your colon removed to almost killing you within a 3 month time frame. I know what your going through and it sucks doesn't it? The dreaded j-pouch URGES, your constantly tensed up because your trying to hold in your stool! Yeah, doctors and surgeons pay attention to this comment right here!

  • Cause here I go! The BCIR takes all that stress and tension away and your body will feel relaxed, like it should, you feel back to normal and all you feel is slight pressure when you need to intubate! Doctors and surgeons out there let me tell you this. THE J-POUCH IS A WASTE OF TORTURING TIME FOR PATIENTS! Why are you guys stringing along this type of procedure when clearly THE BCIR wil make PATIENTS back to normal!

  • Let me ask you this tosluto, WERE YOU TOLD ABOUT THE BCIR, I BET YOU ANY MONEY THAT THEY NEVER TOLD YOU? I'm tellin you tosluto, you will always feel tensed up with the J-POUCH AS LONG AS YOU LIVE WITH IT! The BCIR is the way to go and can be converted from the j-pouch to the BCIR. So, my advice to you is if you want your life back without the URGES, get the BCIR surgery, just like everyone else I've helped and talked to, they are happy with the choice they have made with the BCIR.

  • To me I get e-mails from people living with the J-POUCH and out of all these emails, I only know one person that is actually comfortable with the J-Pouch procedure. Doctors and surgeons out there, you guys have something to think about, cause here is the reality of the J-POUCH, IT'S HELL TO LIVE WITH, SO DON'T SUGARCOAT IT TO ANY PATIENT NEEDING THEIR COLON REMOVED, CAUSE YOUR LYING TO YOURSELF AND THEM!

  • Here's my honest advice: It's time to give the BCIR THE ATTENTION IT DESERVES cause this procedure is without a doubt FAR SUPERIOR TO THE J-POUCH! You just need the right surgeons wanting to learn this type of procedure. To me, the J-POUCH IS A NON EXSISTANT WASTE OF TIME FOR PEOPLE TRYING TO GET THEIR LIVES BACK! The new kid on the block is gonna be the BCIR and that's not SUGARCOATING IT, IT'S THE TRUTH, DO DEPRIVE PEOPLE OF THEIR RIGHT TO LIVE COMFORTABLY.

  • Sorry tosluto, as you can see, my advice to you is do your research on the BCIR and the people I talk to, including myself are 200 % satisfied with the outcome of the BCIR vs. any other type of surgery. Don't deprive yourself of what life is really like, my friend, it's time for you to make a change for the better, take care, buddy and let me know what your plans are?

  • MY ADVICE TO THOSE DOCTORS AND SURGEONS DOING THE J-POUCH, IT'S TIME TO FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION ON THE BCIR, POINT BLANK PERIOD, THEN WHEN YOU GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT YOU'LL FEEL BETTER KNOWING THAT YOU ACTUALLY ARE MAKING SOMEONE FEEL COMFORTABLE AND NOT SUGARCOATING IT OR MASKING IT UP WITH THE DREADED J-POUCH PROCEDURE.

  • key words of advice.. NEVER call your girlfreind a "personal assistant"..

  • @06livefast

Hey, you know, your right, maybe that's why she didn't show up to my first NPC National Show! I didn't realize maybe that's what triggered her let's ditch this muscle crazy after 4 years of being in a relationship behavior situation! You know, your from Canada right? Well, I used to live 15 miles away from the Canadian border and between you and I we get our words mixed up all the time, if you know what I mean? EH! LOL! Take care, take great care, Mike.

  • @06livefast

You know, I need to start readin more of these comments, that's great advice live fast! I'll keep that in mind, but you know what I realized, I realized that there are certain LADY STIPULATIONS that I will follow. You have to be ATHLETIC, INTELLIGENT, MATURE LADY WITH SEXY CLASS! As you can see, even when you think you have a woman figured out for 4 years, their PERSONALITY CAN CHANGE IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE! So, personality for me, is out the window!
