what is this? you basically put this together with already prepared and already packaged items. you could have just made a still shot of a list of what you used. it would have been equally (not) informative.
@18wheeler76 - i mean u should rinse the chicken under the water b4 u cook it to get some of the funky stuff off of it . its basic cooking skills.. wash the food b4 u cook it
Chef Russell used the Wegmans Asian Classics Lo Mein Noodles. For the full recipe, Sesame Chicken with Lo Mein & Green Beans, go to wegmans.com. Thanks for watching.
@Val2632 what do u mean wash the chicken, scrub it with soap and water?dont you think its as clean as it will get before they package it,sorry but there is no way to wash food.
@18wheeler76 there's like this slime on the chicken breast once u take it out of the package. i'm very worried. how many years did you go eating without washing your chicken?
@sumobesus 34 years,no problems,i dont think slim will effect me,and putting something under just water isnt washing it.i think arsenic being in our chicken is a little more worry some, but im sure your not aware of that, your only aware of the part that has no effect on anything.
@18wheeler76 omg why are you still talking about this. and arsenic? c`mon. don't make desperate excuse for yourself. anyone can afford to buy a water filter for their home for $20, INCLUDING YOU.
@sumobesus there is arsenic in your chicken, geez,do a friggin google search.there is flouride in your water, seems your very uneducating since you have no clue about anything we have disgussed.im going to wash myself now with water.
@18wheeler76 and you seem so educated by continuing this pointless argument on youtube. seriously go back to your dirty, ignorant, lower-class life and family that doesn't wash or teach anyone to wash anything in their kitchen. @Val2632 do you see this guy?
The garlic sauce is a Wegmans exclusive item developed by our chefs. If you don't live near a Wegmans let me know and I'll see if Chef Russell can recommend anything that's close. Thanks for watching. Heidi from Wegmans

I like your recipes but I don't appreciate that I have to purchase wegmens products. I prefer to make my asian sauces from scratch!

You can go to walmart and buy this for sauce
1/4 cup beef/chicken broath
2 tblsp of either soy sauce/dark soy sauce/ mushroom soy sauce
1 tblsp hoisin sauce
2 tblsp sugar
and 1-2 tsp cornstarch
Mix it all together it WILL NOT turn the noodles brown UNLESS you use dark soy sauce or surpirior soy suace.
