  • You should take 1 step with 600 grit, second step with 1500 (including soapy water) and then polish with a mid cuttin compound (Rotary or Dual-Action) Use rotary for a faster result. After doing these 3 steps, use a plastic polish to seal up the plastic for a good protection and restore the plastic shine and then add a spray of Plastex for a long protection and an absolute shine.

  • We have our new kit that comes with a 600 grit paper to clean as step one then a 1000 followed by a 2500 paper for a real dirty headlight.

Let us know if you would like a free demo.

  • where do you get the plastex?

  • it takes about 35 minutes for both headlights, and it comes with a 5 year warranty.

Let us know if you would like a free demo.

  • Thats a lot of work to remove oxidation.

  • Its really not much work. They are just providing every little detail. I can do 2 headlights in about 12-15 minutes most of the time.
