  • If we would all, both males and females, boycott Ralph Loren and all other companies who perpetuate this impossible and rediculous feamle body standard, maybe something would change. Even shampoo, soap, makeup, lotion, household cleaning supplies, and many other products are using emaciated models to sell their products. We should all stick to Dove and other beauty products to show our support for their consciencious ads. I'm going to start an e-mail campain to get Ralph Loren boycotted!

  • I felt like crying when I first heard this story. As someone who suffered from bulemia for nearly 5 years trying to be the "perfect" size, I find it utterly discusting that Ralph Loren, an American company, would fire s model that is already drastically below the average size of the American woman because she "no longer fit into the sample clothes". What size are these samples...a size -2? I, for one, AM NEVER BUYING ANOTHER SHRED OF ANYTHING MADE BY

    RALPH LOREN.

  • That's sick. Then I wonder why I have to convince grade 2 girls to stop dieting!!! That's INSANE!!! OH MAN!!! I like what Dove is doing with their ads :)
