  • I teach Yang style Tai Chi, Hsing-i and Pa Kua but we also do some boxing with some students for self defense and "reality training."

  • Nice drill....But you seem to drop your left and right guard a bit sometimes when you punch those hooks.

    At close range, elbow hooks to lower ribs.

    But being able to box in both stances will be beneficial in an selfdefence situation by increaseing your mobility.

    I have to say that i am a internal arts student and dont practice "boxing".
