Actually people, the nanobots aren't yet available. They are still being processed and they are actually designed to keep you living forever. They are as small as blood cells and swarm through the body rapidly repairing blood cells, skin cells, arteries, brain cells and more; keeping the body looking forever young and never dying unless an accident occurs that wipes out the body quickly. This has been around for over a decade. The worlds most powerful nano computer was in the mouth of an ant in 2003 at a university less that 1 mile from my old house. It was already a more powerful computer than anything we currently use today. If it will make money as opposed to 'save us all money' then it will be used.
