@mikekorczak Reptile egg shells are rubbery or leathery in texture. They don't make eggs that are hard and brittle like bird eggs.

@Silverbirdy333 depends what you mean by "care for"...off the top of my head i know that king cobras protect their young. both the male and female will protect them for a couple months...

lol reptiles dont really take care of their babies once they hatch...they are left on their own once they hatch and are capable of eating and getting around just fine...so in captivity where it is warm there is absolutely no need for the mother.

i saw a baby snake cross the road at my hill after it got to the other side it stoped and i ran to go see what it was and i was a snake it had a bit head and a like half of a keyboard tall but it went bake to the forest because i was right beside one when i saw it
