If it ever happens again, make sure you do not play a game or earn any exp or kill anyone, and just exit the game and apply the update... Everything will go back to normal.

Supermans are overated any ways it just means you got lucky because the other guy rolled, if they wouldnt have rolled you would have missed the headshot because you were aiming center body mass. If your good you get them before the roll.
