Even the mechanics said its difficult. The bearing on the front right wheel are worn out and the back tires started to rattle and make cracking noises. We think it it might need new drums.

I got the part off e-bay for about 90 bucks. The headlight/emergency flasher/wiper arm is all one assembly. They had all variations available. W/cruise or W/delay or just plain. Good luck.
@shredwing I hope its not too late for my reply,, but you can also find the same lever/handle on the Mazda 121 (same year as yours) if you're lucky. Can't miss the car, it looks the same as yours only with Mazda badges all over it :)
