I'm a murderer annnnddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd...Transtime is a sweet track too. Internal Combustion should be added to their live set.
i have discover fla with an old track VEXATION and follow them since gashed senses and crossfire but why they sound so shitty on stage where are the keys and all the samples they sound to rocky and not enough elektro maybe rhys is missing a max prefer by far the live wired period thats i call the FLA LIVE EXPERIENCE rhys driving the enterprise
hope rhys back soon on board for a new elektronik maelstrom
I can't speak for this show, but a lot of online live videos get their sound from crappy cellphone and video camera mics that are distorted by live pa volume. I've heard enough recordings of shows that I've been to to not expect to hear things the way they are for people in attendance.
When I saw FLA many years ago they were carefull enough about their mix to bring Greg Reely with them as their sound man.
My first FLA was Artificial Soldier, then finding out theres about 20 somthing cds out there and Bill Leeb has been around recording since the 1980's! and then trying to find all of the FLA cds is work!I love the keyboard sound, but with the guitars its much more powerful!Theres supposed to be something new coming out soon!
I know talk about prolific! Such a long and cool musical legacy. I have found a lot of FLA but still looking for singles etc lol. The guitars do beef up the power! Nice one dude.
Those keyboards can put out some powerful sounds as well as the guitars, just adding a guitars distortion box to a synth makes a powerful authoritative sound! But really-the percussion is really the driving force to FLAs sound!
saw them in DC before Nations closed down. best show ever

I was at that same show. It had some serious energy, from the first sound to the last.
They played again at 9:30 club, but it just wasn't the same. Nation had killer sound.
If you don't know, NastyByte has the whole show from Nation here on youtube.

I totally agree mate. Millennium was my first ever FLA album and the guitars add to the sound. More heavy riffage please on future songs FLA!!!
