I don't think you know what you are talking about... Have you sit in an S2 once??? Have you drove one once ??? If the itr is a track car, the s2 is a super track car, rwd, 2 seats, 50-50 weight balance... only nsx is better.

And when I say stock I mean stock, not stock with bolt ons. stock. As it gets out of the dealer parking

@spidermath005 just figured id put my two cents in, even considering how long ago u posted this, its all got to do with preference, for the price u pay u would think the s2k would come faster from the factory, id take an R all day, but with that said both cars need to be respected. but in reality id take a jdm R and throw it in a hatch any day before i bought either of the 2

@ncboi2009 If you are just considering the price, you take a 92-95 eg, and you put in a 6spd turbo j32...

All stock, s2k 14s 400m and 6s 100kmh.

All stock, itr 15s 400m and 7s 100kmh.

You have rwd, convertible top, 6spd, better accel, better top speed, better road handling, better interior setup, xenon lights, and you beat any itr on any track any day.

The only advantage I see is 2more seats, and maybe 2 or 3 mpg.

I bought my s2000 for 12k, so there is no more money problems here.

Yeah but the itr isn't stock, itrs usually do high 14, like like 14,7 or 14,8... I know the s2k is stock cause I do the same time with mine.

@spidermath005 Still highly underpowered and FWD. They can run low 14's w/ bolt ons and maybe even stock. I've heard of people doing it and I've seen vids.

@spidermath005 Just because Wiki says it, doesn't make it true. GSR's can hit low 15's and SI's can hit mid 15's. It just depends on the driver

@spidermath005 What do you consider stock? The S2000 has advantages over the Type R, but the R was tuned and built for track racing. The R is still considered by some to be the best FWD car. The S2000 was built for performance and has a major advantage being RWD, but they had everyday driving in mind.

The screaming sound of N/A car its uncomparable man!!! love that 2 dream cars! they sound nearly stock if you put some mods. on they can lower that 14s for sure by far I got a friend o mine making pass of low 13s on the 1/4 mille on its 1.6 8v carbureted Fiat and sonds really nice too!!!!!

don't forget the NSX , i just upgrading from a supersonic blue GSR to a yellow ap1 , but debating maybe pick up a real integra R. kinda in the same price range.

@rickboy89 you went from GSR to s2000. I was wondering is there a big difference between the two. I own a gs-r at the moment and im thinking about upgrading to a s2k ap1. What are your thoughts?

@tricky415 have more options like with performance. of course an all motor gsr beats a stock s2k. but the s2k has better handling, looks like a newer gen honda. feels sporty . its a stong motor in a light car basically. i still have my gsr as a daily driver i dont mind it at all because the s2000 is the nice car weekend car . cars will get dirty no matter what so im going to try keeping it low miles. . just drive one if your friends have one, u will like it. but upgrades do cost little more.
