Can anyone help me with a question? Basically me and my friend are having a conversation about which would happen. I'm saying if the lava or anything else is extremely hot, you would only need to be close to ignite on fire. But he thinks that you physically have to touch anything that is extremely infinitely hot to be on fire. Which one is correct?

@WYJAFAK2 I think u, if ur close enough to fire and its a very high heat that your body cannot take, you will ignite... But it depends, because if ur talking about that scene and that they should have ignited then no, they werent so close...
