How long did it take you before you could sit and bare the pain? I'm trying to sit at the moment but when i let go it just hurts so much i feel like i'll never get past it. Need soon motivation that it will get better?
Just try it every day and in a few weeks (max) it won't hurt at all. I see you posted a year ago, but I'm answering for future reference since I'm sure you've got it by now :)
That's not the best say to climb. You need to used your legs and grip the
