The Man was a true Legend, no more no less. Plus he was so strong that despite the agonising tragedy that happened in his life, he carried on. He is my hero and an inspiration. RIP ROY, You'll never ever be forgotten !

I love this bit..he must still have been performing without his glasses, his normal clear pair and his sun glasses. Very rare footage I might think.

Well he for one showed that it's not all about looks, he became a legend in his own right because of his voice. Despite people telling him that he would never be a recording star because he was ugly (in their opinion). He showed them. *LOL*

Me and turkey55able happen to think he was beautiful in his own way. I actually thought he was quite handsome in his younger days, maybe not model-handsome but still very attractive. And loved the way he looked just before he died, with the ponytail. :)
