I have a question about the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine--

I want to be a dietician/nutritionist, specifically holistic. I want to learn about herbology, color therapy, and aroma therapy also.

I really have my heart set on going to college in NYC, and might go to NYU and take holistic classes online.

But, would this college be able to offer me the classes I need to become a certified nutritionist?
