Nice presentation EXCEPT. There is a significant flaw around 1:40. The displayed limits are referred to by the lecturer as "our lower control limit" and "our upper control limit". They are not "control" limits. They are "specification" limits. The distinction between "specification" limits and "control" limits is significant. These terms are not at all synonymous. Please consider re-recording the audio to correct.
