Anyways, to answer you're 2nd question, here's a free lesson, rewire the Ignition system so that it can not be started without activating a particular switch...after that, the only way the car could be stolen is with a Flatbed.

Basically, unless you're a complete retard, rewiring an ignition system isn't that hard.
Here's lesson #2, buy you're self a Haines Manual for the Car you're trying to protect, go to the "wiring diagram page" and there you go, if you can't read a wiring diagram then you're a complete dumb fuck.
The ONLY way a person can steal MY Car is if they know where the master switch is OR the person has a Flatbed Tow Truck, there's no other way around it.

Common sense is knowing what steps to take to learn something.
No one knows where the master switch is, so that scenario is false.
Ever heard of a Fuel Pump Cut Off?
Include that into the rewiring process, and then even if the person manages to start the Car they will not get any further than out of the drive way before the Vehicle shuts down.They'll have to re start the Car 15 times just to make it up the street....so ya, I'm not worried at all.
