You shouldnt say shit like like. Clapton and Mayer do have soul. Try and listen to them sometime, maybe youll hear stuff like this in their music which inspired them.

@tkhoveringhead OK, bad term to use there. I meant more along the lines of pop music which is what he does, Mayer isn't a hip hop guy. Not my cup of tea, but that's fair hip hop isn't a bad genre or anything
@waddleman just to top that off if you look at claptons background he says he a got a lot of hes blues music from guys like junior....and he actually has a cd out that sounds a lot like this
