ever noticed the copy right for RAD video tools? well thats what many developers use to put high quality video into very small spaces. just good RAD video tools. they are put into .bik (for bink, the better than dvd quality coded) and .smk (for smacker, an older version) use convert the bik files in the civ 4 directory into windows wmv files and there u go u got movies.
