Hayes was suspended for saying the word "nigger" to Mark Henry, and he has been known to use the word often. I'm guessing that might have something to do with Lashley not saying anything on the air about Hayes, but hinting that something was wrong. I don't know for sure. Maybe someone can confirm or dis-confirm (is that a word?)

I'm sure he has a lot of negative things to say about Hayes (I think you know why) and race is a touchy and complex issue and he probably felt it wasn't fair to possibly call Hayes a racist (or at least that he used language that seemed racist) when he's not there to defend himself. Throwing labels like "racist" at people in front of a radio or TV audience without the other's person side is irresponsible and could ruin said person's career and I think Lashley saw that and took the high road.

Your opinion is good but I know for a fact it was behind Michael Hayes trying to sabotage him and do you remember when Bobby got put with Tatanka that was a slap in the face and no offense to Tatanka because I really liked him and his career was going nowhere in the WWE and placing Bobby with him at a time when he was red hot with Tantanka was a nose dive towards his career.
