Stock vs Corsa exhaust Challenger RT 2009 soundclips

My friend actually has these corsa exhausts and it sounds great. Except he has orange-red paintjob and black rims with a black striped hood, black lip spoiler, black lip bumper attach-on and he's only in high school. But he got it by Drug dealing. But atleast he always does a burnout when he passes by the school.

This is really awesome, but it leaves out the one item where Corsa really shines. NO DRONE. If you add a 70 mph part with CC it would be great. Many loud mufflers drone like mad at 70

Nice vid, with the 6 speed, you should be shifting to 3rd around 56 mph right? The wheel spin eat off your time. but overall good runs.

Nice! sounds good. I just got a Corsa Xtreme set for my `10 Plum Crazy baby. Do they really stop the "drone" at cruising speed?

@motodude1 no drone at all. I had Magnaflows and hated the drone... With these I can ride for hours. You have no idea you're running with high perf exhaust untill you hit the gas... For some the sound is a little tame, from inside the car you hear NOTHING, I have to roll down the windows to hear them ;) Then again, that's the way I like it. No yelling inside the car to hear a conversation

OK, I got the Corsa pipes and they are nice...but WAY quieter than the Mopar Performance system I had on there...kinda disappointing at idle :( But you're right, the drone is dead! I guess you can't have it both ways.....

@motodude1 You need to get a couple a hundred miles on'em before they open up. But yes they are quietter then others, specially on the inside of the cab. Just have someone drive your Chally and you stand there behind it when they go, you'll hear the nice thundering sound. As you say, you can't have both. No drone just makes the ride so much more nice.

You bet, they are excellent. Depending on the end-result youre looking for... The stock exhaust is a tad too quiet and definetly restrictive. Although, the exhaust manifolds are the most restrictive on the whole line. Next, I'll be putting in JBA shorty headers, that will complete my exhaust MODs. Later ;)

corsa is def. the best exhaust you can throw on the challenger period, but I like the stock it sounds nice I think when I get mine I will just get a intake to liven it up a bit.
